EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION

Emergency situations include the following:

- uncontrollable bleeding

- difficulty breathing

- chest pain

In these situations, we recommend that you activate the 911 Emergency System, then call the office contact Dr. Rottman as outlined below.

For all non emergent situations, we recommend that you call the office during office hours for assistance.

Reaching Dr. Rottman After Hours

Please feel free to call Dr. Rottman during regular office hours if you have any questions regarding treatment in our office.  If Dr. Rottman is busy when you call, the receptionist will take a message and he will return your call as soon as possible.

Should you have an urgent question after office hours, Dr. Rottman carries a pager and a cell phone. Please page him at 419-480-3352; leave a 10 digit call back number and keep that line open so he can return your call. If you do not receive a call back within 15 minutes, you may try the cell phone at 419-343-2863. Please leave a message if no one answers the cell phone. Dr. Rottman will return your call as soon as possible.
